At Whispering Brook, just ten homes will be built on beautiful one-acre sites around a cul de sac. Curbing, sidewalks, underground utilities, and public sewer and water enhance the community, which offers homes priced from the high $600,000s. A builder's model is open on-site.

Nine homes, priced from $1 million, at Whispering Woods. A walled community featuring five- to seven-acre wooded home sites. Ranging in size from 4,500 to 7,000 square feet, these are homes designed for those who want the best, including a quiet and secluded exclusive neighborhood.
Model home open house every saturday and sunday from 12-3pm.
